The site has no forms. If you email [contact@niciisland.com](mailto:contact@niciisland.com), we receive your email address and whatever you choose to tell us, such as your dates, group size and requests for transfers or food.

## How we use it

We use that information only to reply to you, confirm availability and price, and arrange your stay, including boat transfers and food. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for marketing unrelated to your enquiry.

## Third parties

Fonts are served from this site, so no font provider is contacted. Hosting is provided by Cloudflare, which processes standard request logs. Where a boat or food provider needs to know your name or arrival time, we share only that.

## Retention and your rights

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to manage your stay and any follow-up. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing contact@niciisland.com.
